I believe in developing strong athletes across a broad domain of fitness. Stronger athletes get hurt less, and when they do they recover faster. We use intelligent, aggressive, training in a periodized wave system. I believe that structural strength is the beginning of any fitness pursuit or goal. The programming is designed to get you stronger, work on mobility issues, make you faster, and feel better overall.
